Easter's New (Personal) Meaning + ARG/Webseries Consulting

You know, I really just anticipated having a good little hour of crazy talk in Discord yesterday night, but I felt shortly after that it was much better than that.

Easter, like most major religious holidays in the United States, seems to have lost a lot of its religious meaning in favor of more universal feelings, ideas, and concepts of celebration. Family's a common theme, as is renewal. Yesterday, I felt quite a strong sense of both.

I say it enough that it's becoming an inside joke for some of you now (which I don't mind), but I mean it: I love you guys. It still is incredible to me that any of you are here, let alone all of you, and that so many of you have been with me since I opened the Patreon, even through the rough patch of this past winter.

I care so much, so often about making sure you guys feel appreciated and worry all the time about whether or not I'm earning your generosity and if I'm doing enough to deserve what I have in life. Yesterday, you guys gave me a sense of being appreciated and that I don't need to constantly overthink it, and I'm really thankful.

Now, allow me to give in to my impulses again and make sure you're all getting your proper fulfillment of Patreon rewards so I don't feel like an ass!

I hope you all had a lovely Easter (or a lovely ordinary Sunday if that's how you view it) and I can say with confidence that yesterday night's Discord experiment has proven very fruitful. From now on, there will be a followup Darkroom session that isn't recorded for everyone else under the circumstances I put for yesterday's session.

I really, really enjoy it. Community, as always, is important to me.
