Look, I cannot stand D'Angelo Wallace, but this response is bullshit. I have never seen Sneako retaliate to someone in this way---spending 22 minutes calling D'Angelo a lesbian is childish. I do not like D'Angelo because he's a SJW who has made a career out of criticizing celebrities and pop culture. D'Angelo Wallace is not an investigative journalist, he doesn't work for the New York Times (although he'd fit right in there among the Snowflakes), he's some guy on the internet with opinions. D'Angelo is annoying and I don't have respect for someone who just basically recycles culture and tells us what to think about it, BUT this video ain't it. I do not like this man, but D'Angelo's puts in the WORK. He does his research, he is actually able to make cogent arguments about topics and, in this video at least, he posits legitimate arguments about celebrities and Covid-19 although I do not agree completely with what he says. Let me say this again, I do not like this man because D'Angelo is a vulture, but he does his research and is actually very thoughtful. He's not bullshitting because he's literally figured out EVERYTHING about his subject/topic. I respect that. Sneako's video is incredibly disappointing because if you're going to respond to D'Angelos stupid ass comment, come with a real critique, not this flagrant, insensitive waste of a video. Sneako is better than this.

I want to preface this comment by saying I’m baked as shit so this could be completely incoherent, but I think both creators kind of missed the point here. I watched both vids individually and imo the problem isn’t people not staying at home or people being cops or whatever. I think the problem is lacking empathy on both sides. One side feels morally superior because they can sit in mommy’s house, shit on kids with more “clout” and stay protected while the other doesn’t understand why people give two shits about what others do in the first place. It’s all an issue of only perceiving yourself as an individual instead of as a part of society. Neither of you actually tried to inform your (most likely young and impressionable) audiences about the virus itself and why it’s actually bad for people to attend high-capacity events. Instead both just made personal attacks in an attempt to, as sneako effectively pointed out, get views and entertain. While I think sneako’s on the money here with some of what he said, I think he really missed an opportunity to dunk on d’angelo with factual explanations and legitimate criticism. This situation has impacted so many people in so many different ways, and I’m sad to see my peers so divided on this issue when we have the organizing potential to make change.

This D'Angelo dude seems mad annoying fs but this vid is so fucking petty. I know it's supposed to be a roast and not a Socratic seminar but a lot of these ad hom attacks are seriously reaching and borderline racist.
