Chibi and Bust for Jeremy

I'm not sure what this girl's name is, but she is an OC of his who is directly based on Honjouji Akira from the eroge, VIPER-GTB. I tried adding in my own touches so it's not exactly the same, but the inspiration is definitely still there.
