FAQ🎴 How the “Exclusive Token ” Tier will Works

Hello everyone 👋

Before anything else, I want to make something clear:

For now, I haven’t yet found an affordable way to ship Tokens outside of the United States.

That’s why, at the moment, this tier is only available to US residents.

However, even if you’re not a US resident, you can still read this post — all of this information will also apply to the future non-US Token tier once it’s released.

This is my top priority — I’m actively working on a solution that will allow me to offer the exact same exclusive Tokens, at the same price, to non-US residents as well.

As soon as that becomes possible, a dedicated non-US tier will be created so everyone can take part fairly.

🇺🇸 Why This Tier Is for US Residents

This project exists thanks to my trusted printing and production partner based in the United States — a professional company specialized in Token printing.

It’s thanks to this collaboration that I can offer these cards to US residents at such a low shipping cost, while still maintaining a premium level of quality.

Before launching this tier, I personally tested and verified the quality of several printed batches.

Every month, I’ll also receive the same Tokens myself to ensure consistency and quality control.

This is a trusted partner I’ve been working with for a while, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and craftsmanship.

However, this also means I can’t use this same supplier for non-US residents:

If I shipped from Europe to the US, the customs and shipping fees would exceed the tier’s price.

And if I printed in the US to ship internationally, the costs would again be too high.

That’s why I’m currently looking for a second production partner outside the US, so I can eventually offer identical Tokens at the same price worldwide.

🕓 Opening Period

Each month, the “Exclusive Token for US Residents” tier will be open for a limited time — usually 5 to 8 days.

During that window, you can join the tier and receive that month’s Token (shipped during the following month).

Each Token will be offered only once:

Once for US residents,

And later for non-US residents, once a fair international solution is ready.

⚠️ Important:

This tier is strictly reserved for US residents.

Non-US residents must not join this tier.

Tokens will not be shipped if this rule is not respected — and no refunds will be issued.

Future non-US tiers will be exclusively reserved for non-US members.

🚨 After Joining the Token Tier

Once your payment has been processed, please stay subscribed to this tier until I make an official post or announcement about the next Token (or to confirm if there won’t be one the following month).

I will always make sure to post this information before your anniversary billing date.

When that post is live, you can then decide — and only then — whether to:

Stay subscribed for the next Token, or

Switch to one of the lower tiers (Spark, Arcane, or Codex), or unsubscribe entirely if you prefer.

Switching to one of these lower tiers during your active billing period will cost $0.00, and you’ll only be charged the price of that tier on your next monthly billing date.

💡 Example:

> I subscribe to the Token tier on October 8.

I wait for the next announcement.

Option 1: I want the next Token → I stay subscribed and pay the Token tier price again.

Option 2: I don’t want it → I switch to the Spark tier ($3). I pay nothing now, and on November 8 I’ll be billed $3 — the price of the tier I’m on.

Please note that while you are subscribed to the Token tier, you won’t have access to the rewards from Spark, Arcane, or Codex.

That’s why it’s smart — once I’ve made the post confirming that the CSV file has been downloaded (meaning shipments are locked in) — to switch to one of those tiers.

Doing so lets you enjoy the rewards offered there while waiting for the next Token announcement.

The Codex tier includes the most rewards overall — but it also contains NSFW material, so you’ve been warned 😉

If you decide to switch to a lower tier during your active billing period, Patreon automatically balances your payment.

That means you’ll see $0.00 as the amount due when switching — you won’t pay anything extra at that moment.

Your next charge will occur on your monthly anniversary date, and it will reflect the price of the tier you switched to.

⚠️ Please don’t switch or unsubscribe before my announcement.

If you leave the tier early, your name disappears from the CSV file that Patreon provides me to organize and fulfill shipments.

If that happens, I won’t be able to include your Tokens in the mail.

It’s therefore your responsibility to remain subscribed until my official post to ensure you receive your Tokens without issue.

📦 Logistics & Production

This tier is a bit special, as I personally handle a large part of the logistics and coordination myself — preparing files, supervising production, reviewing test prints, and managing monthly quality checks.

My goal is to release around one Token per month, but since this is a new system, I can’t yet guarantee a fixed monthly schedule until I have more experience.

To keep everything organized, each opening lasts only 5 to 8 days.

This limited window ensures that:

I have a precise and fixed list of subscribers to work from,

Subscription dates don’t overlap into the following month,

And production and shipping remain efficient and manageable.

In short, these short openings aren’t just for exclusivity — they are essential for maintaining a clean, precise, and realistic workflow, where every Token can be prepared and shipped on time.

💳 How Patreon Billing Works

Patreon does not charge on the 1st of each month — it charges you on the exact day you subscribed.

👉 For example: if you join on October 8, your next automatic billing will occur on November 8.

This is called your subscription anniversary date, and Patreon always uses it for renewals.

✨ About the Tokens

Each Token is printed on premium card stock, in the official Magic: The Gathering size, with a finish equal to (or slightly better than) official Magic cards.

The texture, thickness, and feel have been carefully tested to ensure professional-grade quality, ideal for both collectors and players.

Each subscriber receives 3 authentic copies of the Token released that month.

On the back of every Token, you’ll find my official emblem — a unique logo created exclusively for this series.

It serves as proof of authenticity, protecting against any counterfeit or bootleg copies that might appear on shady online platforms.

Tokens are printed in limited quantities and will never be reprinted in the same form.

Each release is a one-time exclusive drop, made for collectors who value authenticity and craftsmanship.

This tier currently offers Standard Edition Tokens, printed and shipped with the utmost care.

If the project grows successfully, I plan to introduce future tiers featuring:

Foil versions

Special print finishes

Alternate artworks, and more.

But for now, the focus is on perfecting the quality and reliability of the Standard Editions.

🏷️ Shipping Information

When joining, please make sure to fill out all your personal details accurately, including your phone number.

These details are essential for successful delivery.

If your information is incorrect or incomplete and your Token cannot be delivered, no refunds will be issued, as this falls under your responsibility.

All shipments are made from within the United States, meaning no customs fees will apply for US residents.

In case of loss or damage during transport, I’ll do my best to handle the issue case by case, within the limits of available stock.
