Note About AI
Added 2025-03-31 12:44:06 +0000 UTCIt’s not a tool, it’s a magic wand. It gives the illusion that you can create without effort, but it has no consciousness, no intent, no vision.
What I’m fighting against is the irresponsible use of it, the disrespect from big companies… and above all, the arrogance of some individuals.
AI doesn’t have the ability to create, and those who rely blindly on it, even less so.
For the past 4-5 years, I’ve consumed AI-generated images daily, study how it evolves and how it affects my craft. Because you need to know your ennemies to fight it. And one thing has remained the same: it’s getting more technical, sure, but it never invents anything.
I’ve even seen people train models to imitate my style. And despite their efforts, not a single one of those images looked even remotely like what I create.
Because what I do doesn’t come from an algorithm — it comes from ten years of experience, research, failures, personal choices, and human emotion.
Seriously, i have digged more than 5000 images to find the best result with my name, here they are ( Only SFW, don't worry )
And honestly, does theses shit look like my work ?????

( If my art look like this, please tell me so i'll quit now )
The few interesting AI images I’ve come across were made by skilled artists who used AI as a base and then repainted 99% of the piece using their actual skills. That’s when the image had meaning, a vision, something truly new to offer.
But those cases are a microscopic minority in a flood of soulless content. Its like 00000001% regarding the billion of Ai crap generated every day, soooooo....
Because the soul is always missing.
Creating an image that resonates is still a daily challenge, even after a thousand pieces and my ten years of hard work. So how could someone who’s been clicking on prompts for 1 or 2 years expect to take the place of artists who’ve built their craft through vision, study, and emotional depth ?
Games like Hollow Knight, Hades, Cuphead, GRIS, Ori, Hyper Light Drifter would never exist without artists who had a strong artistic direction and a deep, personal vision.
Every time there's a major AI update, I see young artists panicking, wondering if they should quit, thinking it’s over. But again and again, I see the same thing: artists keep going.
If I had to speak for myself :
I’m grateful to see my Patreon growing, more commissions coming in, and to notice that many AI-driven projects struggle to hold people’s interest.
And I’m not the only one, I see the same pattern among many artists I follow. Their follower counts are slowly but steadily rising.
Even NSFW artists, who are probably among the most impacted by AI — still receive strong, growing support.
Why ? Because people aren’t just looking for something “sexy.”
They’re looking for intention, for a perspective, for a soul behind the image.
And I see it every day with my own supporters. My Patreon backers are excited with every WIP I post ( thank you for that ) They subscribe to receive unique, hand-drawn posters.
They could generate their own images. They know that.
So why do they choose mine ? Why do they prefer my human imperfections over the smooth, empty perfection of AI ?
Because they can feel there’s thought, emotion, and love behind every brushstroke.
Each piece I make has value because of that.
And that’s what people crave, real stories made by real hands.
REAL ART LOVERS AND SUPPORTERS HAVE STANDARDS.
They don’t want to eat McDonald’s every day, at every meal...
They crave something that’s cooked with care.
Something that stays with you, not just fills the feed.
Ok now, just some beautiful Artworks, with incredible style, and tell me what you see, tell me what you feel, did you really think that an Ai, or an human behind it with zero art knowledge can produce such artworks ? ( article continue after this )

So, took me just 5 minute to found them, and i am sure it took you less time to understand what i mean now :)
So don't stop create, never, there is always something new to bring on the table., and its the only way to fight againt's AI
Love on you, love on your art.
Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read this message — and a huge thank you to everyone who supports my work, whether it's through likes, comments, kind messages in DMs, or just sharing what I do.
And especially to my Patreons, who allow me to create every single day. ❤️
P.S.
For those shouting that artists are “gatekeepers,” let me say this clearly: you’re just lazy.
You’re hiding that laziness behind a tired excuse.
There has never been more free and open access to tutorials, tips, courses, brushes, timelapses, tools, all shared generously by artists around the world. Most of it is free. And more than enough to learn.
No artist has ever stopped you from pulling your fingers out of your ass, grabbing a pencil or a brush, and learning — JUST LIKE THE REST OF USE DID.
Artists aren’t some secretive cult guarding ancient techniques.
That’s just a fantasy you cling to so you can feel better about not trying.
Art is accessible. It’s for everyone.
The only difference is:
It takes effort.

Not even close. And i like supporting someone who actually put time and effort in their art. Might be a little to the party but yeah

2025-07-28 10:05:46 +0000 UTCAI is a tool meant to automate certain functions. It is NOT meant to be a replacement for art. AI cannot think. AI cannot feel. AI sees the world purely as data and algorithms and is often controlled with the interests of capitalists in mind. And most importantly, AI cannot express an experience of being human. Art at a fundamental level is an expression of humanity. Anyone who claims that entering a prompt into a machine that produces an imitation culled from work that other actual artists who worked for years and years at their craft are, frankly, idiots. AI cannot make art. Humans can. End of story.

2025-06-26 19:31:22 +0000 UTCHeh. You are talking to a life-long computer and network geek who turns 75 in June. I shoot old film cameras rather than having the digital algorithms magically produce the perfectly soulless perfect picture.

2025-05-13 17:33:48 +0000 UTCAI, to my point of view is a tool. Which can be handy. But should not be a finality. What i can say can be percieved almost as mystical and all but.. AI Art has no soul. I can see it, i can feel it. No artist put a bit of himself on it. When you create something, all the tiny details that you learned by the past, all the tiny mistakes you do, the choices of color you pick.. All of this is because you learned and have your own taste for some stuff. A machine don't like anything. A machine don't think, it calculate. A machine don't get angry, don't love, don't cry. It doesn't comprehend what he make. It's all algorythms. At best, it can imitate but it's all fake. My take is we can use it to make the base of something, seek for an inspiration or tiny inconsequential stuff. But human hand should have the last word on it. Otherwise.. If art is removed from humans, it's less of what define ourselves as human.
