FAQ - Patreon Posters tier

• Before all : I wanted to clarify something important regarding refunds.

Refunds are only available in specific cases:
✔ If you were overcharged (e.g., charged twice by mistake).
✔ If you forgot to cancel your subscription before it renewed.

If you need a refund, please contact me BEFORE canceling the payment yourself. Here’s why:

• When you cancel a payment on your end, the money never reaches me. This means I don’t have the funds to issue a refund myself.

• In this case, you’ll have to request a refund directly from the Patreon support team, which can take more time and isn’t always guaranteed.

• However, if you let me process the refund myself, you can be sure you’ll get your money back without any issues.

So if you ever need a refund and it falls under one of the valid reasons above, DM me first before taking any action! It’ll make things smoother for both of us.

1. How does the Patreon poster system work?

Each subscriber to this Patreon tier receives 1 poster every three months of full payment. As long as you remain subscribed and your payments are validated, you will receive a new poster every quarterly cycle.

2. Why is my poster delayed or arriving early?

The shipping of posters is managed by Patreon, which optimizes shipments to reduce transportation costs. As a result, the shipping date may vary depending on when you signed up and their shipping schedule.

Your poster may arrive slightly early or late compared to the expected date. These adjustments are normal and beyond my control.

3. What happens if I don’t provide my personal information correctly?

It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information. This includes:

• Your full address

• Your full name

• Your phone number (required in case the delivery service needs to contact you)

If this information is incorrect or incomplete and your package cannot be delivered, no refund will be issued. Please ensure all details are correctly filled out to avoid any issues.

4. What if I don’t receive my poster?

WARNING: If the failure to deliver is due to an error on your part (incorrect address, incomplete information, missing phone number, etc.), Patreon will not help you, and neither will I. I have unfortunately experienced abuses in this regard and can no longer compensate for such mistakes.

Patreon takes a commission on each poster sent, whether it is delivered or not. If an error occurs on your part, I end up paying out of my own pocket for negligence that could have been avoided. Note that you have three months after signing up to verify, modify, and correct your information before Patreon processes the poster shipment. Take the time to check it carefully.

If, after contacting Patreon support, you do not receive any resolution, unfortunately, you will not receive your poster. I have no control over their decisions and cannot provide a replacement in this case.

5. What if my poster arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged and your poster is affected, first contact Patreon support. They are responsible for printing and shipping and should handle this type of issue.

If Patreon does not resolve your issue, I personally commit to helping you. This is an unfortunate case of bad luck rather than your fault, and I want to ensure you receive your poster in the best possible condition. Contact me directly, and we will find a solution.

6. Can I choose my poster?

No, each quarter, a specific design is sent to all subscribers of this tier. It is not possible to select a design from multiple options.

However, the list of upcoming posters is visible in the tier description. You can also find images of previous posters by using the search bar on my Patreon, typing the name of the relevant tier.

7. What happens if I cancel my subscription before completing three months?

To receive a poster, you must have made three consecutive monthly payments. If you cancel your subscription before completing this cycle, you will not be eligible to receive the poster.

8. How can I track my package?

Once your poster is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available). You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website provided in that email.

9. How can I contact you for issues that require your intervention?

If you have an issue with your order that requires my assistance, contact me directly via private message on Patreon or via private message on Discord.

⚠️ Do not post your question in a public Discord channel, as it is not the appropriate place for it. Additionally, since I may need to ask for personal information to assist you, there is no point in cluttering a channel with a message that will be deleted anyway.

10. Important: Avoid Unwanted Renewals

If you know you will receive your last poster and have received the final shipping confirmation email, make sure to cancel your subscription in time if you do not wish to be charged again.

Patreon renews payments automatically, including annual payments, so it is entirely your responsibility to stop your subscription at the right time. Annual renewals occur exactly one year from the date you first subscribed. You can safely wait until that date to cancel without fear of being unknowingly charged again. I do not have the ability to cancel or refund these charges.

⚠️ If you forgot to cancel your annual subscription, do not remove the payment yourself. Contact me instead, and I will process the refund for you. If you manually delete your payment, you will lose the ability to get a refund, whereas if I handle it, you will receive your money back immediately.

🔁 If you switch from one tier to another, it will cancel your current tier and start the new one from the beginning. This means the poster cycle restarts from zero. Please keep this in mind before making any tier changes.
