I don't necessarily disagree. There are a couple of quirks that's I'd consider replacing it with, one of which being Shinso's mind control. The main thing that stops me is that One For All is pretty much a get out of jail free card in really tight situations. I am really sick of people claiming that it's pretty much THE BEST quirk though >_>;

I am actually very glad that One for All didn't make it that far onto the list, and personally I think there is one that's more powerful than it deserving the 5th place spot, the one about mind control. The only reason Midoriya was able to beat it was because plot armor. But One for All, while great, is like you said actually not that great.... Use and the actual ability itself are two very different things.
