She was the star of the boxing episode of Grapple Day, so it makes sense to bring her over to the new game. Akari and Melissa also made decent showings, so we'll be sure to consider them for future episodes as well...

The ending screen was just a teaser that we plan to update it with more opponents, so you can't get a championship belt or find any sort of secret ending yet. We might introduce the concept of circuits that have each have a belt (the way Punch-Out is structured) at some point, though
