Last Year's Grapple Day: Chiyo vs. Kali (1)
Added 2022-03-23 00:51:05 +0000 UTCAs we finish up episode 3 of Grapple Day (likely out around the end of the month for certain Patreon tiers, early April for everyone else), we wanted to test out other types of content between episodes. So here's the start of a little animated comic thing!
This fight takes place one year before the game Grapple Day, and features Kali Chand (who returns as The Bully) vs. Chiyo Sato (the older sister of current competitor Akari Sato, aka Wishbone). A patron suggested it might be fun to see Kali kick someone's ass for a change, and while we can't always incorporate suggestions, this seemed like a pretty reasonable one! We decided to use it as an opportunity to set up a rivalry between Kali and Akari for a future episode.
