The good news is, you found a "weight loss" potion and now your back is getting some relief from the weight of your boobs. The bad news is, it accomplished this by filling those boobs with helium. And maybe the dosage you took was far too concentrated so it's less weight loss and more "two blimps defying gravity and dragging you up to the sky".
