She'd helped modernize the office some, so perhaps it was just Ruth being open to more advice from newcomers. The manager hadn't been too company-focused from what Katie had seen and any progress on that front was appreciated. The offer had gone out to Katie's office and some additional staff from a few doors down. Spread throughout the resort, Katie had enjoyed chatting with a few faces before getting a relaxing swim in on her own.
