I know Katie and Ruth don't get along,but hardly the punishment fitting the crime. And it doesn't bode well for the future as it hints the power is subtly corrupting Katie. She's too good a person for this. I get it,she wants to teach Ruth a lesson-but make the siphoning temporary. Otherwise,this is going in a bad direction.
