The Port City of Inthanu

The great mercantile hub of Inthanu lies at the very gates of the Strait of Ninarrad, guarding passage to the holy capital of Hurriaä. Thanks to this advantageous position, the citizens of this port city have grown incredibly wealthy.

Though officially a vassal of the Central Kingdom, their wealth affords them a great deal of autonomy, as the Serpent Kingdom does not dare run afoul of them—lest they close the straits to the vital trade heading toward the capital.

The city of Inthanu is built upon the carcass of one of the great elven arks that first brought them to Tenehu. Since the ark itself is made from a wood that never rots, its shattered hull provides an ideal safe harbor where ships can seek refuge in troubled waters.

The fleet of Inthanu is powerful in its own right, capable of closing the straits to any force—something the city’s elf prince greatly enjoys.

The soldiers of this city wear rich but simple loincloths. Their armor is crafted from the silver scales of a great fish known as the King’s Tear.

It was the might of this fleet, in combination with the forces of the Central Kingdom, that finally managed to halt the first arrival of the sea raiders in a great battle at the mouth of the strait.

Alright! I have decided that i want to compile the latest lore pieces i have made into a visual companion for the setting. I think it should contain general visuals of different villages, like the ones already posted, flora and fauna as well as important cities and landmarks.

What do you guys think, and what would you like to see?

I would be down to see this all compiled into an expanded lore book.

Christopher Moody

How is the city run? Is it a ledger king or a council of merchants, or is there an Elven lord in the captain's quarters?

Cassandra Coelho

Would love a visual companion!
