Le Buen runs a skeleton crew most of the time, and the diminished business in previous years led to some extreme cost-cutting measures. Amy has had little effect on the cafe's success, her crass nature sometimes scaring off customers and increasing size unsettling others. The few that still come are either fans of the desserts or the amazonian assets behind the counter.
