Megan still had to adjust to the fact that she had grown this large due to an initial treatment, the pill she attributed to beauty all those months ago had done a bit to put her on this journey.

Megan's going to need either a bigger car soon or have the car altered to fit her new-and still increasing-size. She's becoming a beautiful superwoman like her mom. In fact, she and Katie may ultimately grow BIGGER then her mom. More importantly-they're both great ladies you'd be proud to take home to your family.
