This really took a shitton amount of simulations and testing to get this right and more importantly to learn about the fluid particle system.

I finally managed to finish this. Well, from now on, i atleast know the settings for future simulations (somewhat).

The issue is when the character (Jill) moves too much, the fluid simply refuses to stay stuck whenever i so desire.

I might have a new version of this animation with a different physics simulation for the liquid in the work but im not sure at this time, i will see.

That's all good, mistakes happen. Also, regarding the physics of it, it seems natural enough and I can appreciate your eye for details, it's refreshing to see more realistic details rather than exaggerated physics. I think I might have said that already in my original comment.

Bailey, i have accidentaly deleted your comment... Thanks so much. Yeah i have tried days and days various settings to keep some of the liquid stuck to the mesh (didnt intent for all of it to stay stuck, but some of it). The animation continues with a sort of deepthroat scene but i couldnt include it for this reason. Jill moves more abruptly on that deepthroat scene, and the liquid starts to act too chaotic and starts spreading unnatural. Still i prefer this sort of simulation, because there are other methods with Bezier curves where the liquid mesh just stay put. So its no liquid at all, it just mimics one. Maybe i will try this method aswell.
