After many days and nights, of testing multiple things i managed to get a decent result with this liquid simulation.
At first i have tried the Mantaflow Fluid Sim and then the Flip Fluids addon from Blender Market but it didn't work as intended. I didn't like the results and the bake time for these simulations were very long. Each time i had to change some settings i had to wait another 30 minutes to an hour for another bake. I encountered many and many problems.
I think these addons are intended for large scale fluid simulations.
So i tried a new way. Via Particle System simulation with help from here:

Its a particle system simulation paired with a geometry node setup to generate the fluid mesh.
So, it looks good for me, so far. After i post the animation i will definitely experiment with some more settings for this method, and i will also try other methods.
There are a few more things to do before starting to render the animation but i am almost there.
