Hazel woke most mornings with extra energy, and with that extra energy, she decided to go to the gym to expend it. One morning while she was getting ready, she couldn’t shake the feeling that she felt a little off. All of her clothing felt extra tight. Unsure whether it was from going to the gym or overeating, she thought it best to keep these feelings to herself.
