She's not so upset that Katie was performing her duties as the new office middle manager, but she's achieving them...too well. Numbers are up, and sales are up, dissatisfaction is down. At this rate, Stephanie might look like the root of a few problems that persisted the entire time she was in Katie's position.

Katie has grown-and continues to grow-into a giant beauty who's a real leader that has the love, respect and support of her underlings.. Now of course, she threatens everyone at the top because the workers love her. That was predictable.
