It's so cold here in Seattle that several people's tankless hot water heaters have seized up. My Mom is one of these, but she got it going early today so the danger is past. She has some kind of pipes that resist bursting in the freeze. I'm not sure how that works but now I'm kind of curious. Bursting pipes is usually not something we have to worry about in this part of the World.
I got a box of chocolates for my birthday and I've been eating too many sweets. I have to go hunt myself some potato beasties to balance things out. I love potatoes.
