Added 2022-11-27 05:18:32 +0000 UTCWell! Thanksgiving happened, and so did the traditional wind storm and power outage, although it was a day late and quickly solved. There's a biggish branch down on the sidewalk a couple of blocks away that I'm tempted to go steal for art reasons, but I don't know if I'll really get around to it.
I've started reading Gideon the Ninth, a book I bought because my kid wanted to read it. I'd heard about it a lot online, so I was happy to steal it once he was done with it, and I really like it so far.
Other than that, I'm having to get myself into the holiday shopping mode, so I don't have to panic at the last minute and try to make some weird craft or spend too much money. I should also probably do laundry. Life is so...exciting.
