Added 2020-11-11 01:43:59 +0000 UTCYes! I am quite early today, and feeling pleased about it. That gives me time to leave a few notes about today's page.
So, that's Neena, the princess Tarvek was dancing with back at the ball. She's a very hands-on fan of museums, so she gets into a lot of trouble with the curators. I'm quite fond of her. I'm not going to spoil the next page though, so what Zeetha is looking at is still a secret-ish type of thing. You'll find out on Friday!
I don't think Phil intended it directly, but what Zeetha's doing in the first few panels looks an awful lot like one of the moves we learn in martial arts, without the wrist grabbing bit. Phil once grabbed my ankle when I was kicking and I went right over. Fortunately, he didn't swing me around like this. Neither of us is...uh...super good at martial arts, but that doesn't mean it isn't fun.
I need to start a project where we take all the text from the comics and drop them into text files so we can make the whole comic searchable. (Among other things.) Unfortunately, that's a pretty hairy procedure, there must be a way to automate. I'll get right on that, after I get the latest book to the printer and the latest BackerKit sorted out.

P.S. As previously stated a few times, I've started posting the comic pages here as well as on the main site, giving our Patrons another choice about where to read the comic (and sometimes also an early look at it, if I get the lettering done in time.)
It'll be Patrons Only most of the time, but right now, it's open to the public, because a couple of countries out there are still having a bit of trouble seeing the main Girl Genius Online site.
