Like, it's established she has some game to pull given the unsolicited drink offer early on in the night, so release the hound and wait a little longer to catch the eyes of a few others she finds attractive to assess later -- not just the first person to send her a drink -- to see if someone single actually surfaces. It's more about knowing how you'll feel about yourself in the morning and doing the best you can to limit the negative self talk later while still getting the 'for the watch' moment you may want. I'm a girls girl too, generally direct AF while still being empathetic, but more entertainingly -- so I've been told -- when I drink I get into 'relationship counselor ' mode ... with no filter. You can guess what would happen after a little of that. The built-in bonus is it guarantees that guy will voluntarily leave you alone the rest of the night. 😂
