Hello there

Today I bring you another podcast, in part because the one yesterday was so short ON PURPOSE...

Today I have a conversation with Stuart Bray, a special make up FX wiz who is - as I mention several times in this -"proper".

So, Stuart has been helping me with a few things, mentoring me on my prop building that involves sculpting, as well as doing some proof of concept work on the Tales From Castle Diablo.

We chat some about that, also about some technicalities of silicone moulds, about the criminally unused original start to The ParaPod film that he would have been involved in, and then dissect Star Wars for a bit.

I should point out, this sounds like I am shouting all the way through it. I really wasn't. It was recorded straight to Zoom, and my levels were in a different postcode to his. If you could remind yourself, as you listen, that I wasn't shouting, then I'd appreciate that. It sounds particularly bad because Stuart is so softly spoken.

I'll also show you some of the "proof of concept" work that's already been done on the Castle Diablo stuff, probably next week, as I want to talk you through it proper.
