The elite Henford Fencing Club in the Henford-on-bagley neighborhood began in 1950 with a small group of enthusiasts. Today, it boasts top-notch facilities and a thriving community of fencers, from beginners to champions. The club has produced several national and international medalists and is known for its rigorous training programs and excellent coaching staff.
