He bided his time, gained her trust, and waited until she was at her lowest and most desperate. Smart on his part to leave the deal vague enough to suit his needs depending on how things play out. I love Carmilla so much she’s probably my favorite Overlord. Her songs are bangers and the deadpan delivery of Vaggie being an Exorcist was priceless. I’m pretty sure it was due to the theories since the pilot that she was an ex-exorcist and poking fun and how obvious it was.
