Also I tried to fix it as much as I could but Nick's Airconditioner unfortunately was on during recording and there is a slight background noise but I think it doesn't sound bad. Just wanted to let you guys know. Also me and him will be recording Texas Chainsaw Massacre the original movie as I haven't seen the original before and I probably will show it to you all this week rather than waiting till October. Tomorrow we will be doing Spirited Away!

2023-09-20 12:55:56 +0000 UTCI'm glad you enjoyed the Patchy segments. And you were right - Patchy is played by Tom Kenny, who voices Spongebob, as well as Gary and French Narrator. And you've seen him make other cameos as well already: in Karate Choppers, he was the drop of hot sauce in Suds and Neptune's Spatula, he was the guy in the shower. As for Potty the Parrot, it has been voiced by different characters across the years: Stephen Hillenburg from 2000 to 2004. Paul Tibbitt (former writer of the show) from 2007 to 2012. Doug Lawrence (writer, voice for Plankton and Larry) since 2017. You will see Patchy and Potty more often, usually in these Specials. Sadly, the original puppet used for Potty has been destroyed, because the Nickelodeon marketting team wanted to marketing team wanted to shoot Patchy and Potty actually underwater to promote a certain season 5 episode. Damn executives, we lost a really good and valuable puppet. The new replacement isn't bad, but it doesn't feel the same to see Potty in newer episodes.

2023-09-20 05:01:34 +0000 UTCI think it should have ended after season 5. Season 4 was still mostly good, and season 5, while mid, still had some diamonds. Had it ended after season 5, I'd still be able to call Spongebob one of my favorite shows.

There is this Christmas episode, there’s It’s A SpongeBob Christmas which pays a little homage to the old Christmas classics such as Rudolph, if you make it to season 8 or 9, you’ll come across that episode. There is a newer Christmas episode from more recent years, I can’t remember the name though.
