I've never seen this movie, probably because I was too young when it came out, but I did see Evan Almighty, and now that I've seen both, I think this is the better movie. But don't let my opinion stop you from reacting to Evan Almighty.

He has the voice deep enough for the moments of being stern and soft enough to draw people in. And the looks too you could tell when he was enjoying Bruce’s jokes and other times when it looked like Bruce might get a backhanded slap. 57:50 Bruce was without a doubt petty as fudge getting back at Evan but it made for a hilarious scene. Evan Almighty film has its faults however there are things in it that I absolutely love and the casting choices are awesome.

I'm fully agnostic myself, so I get where you are coming from in terms of what they might say in the movie. I still find it pretty entertaining, though, and a good message
