Should I say that I saw about a dozen of versions before choosing the one which we will implement in the final game?
Anyway, let me share with you with the evolution of concepts for our UI.
By the way, which version you prefer more - with or without lighting inside? Feel free to comments in PM.

I agree thematically, but aesthetically I feel the one with lighting looks better.

2020-04-29 15:39:58 +0000 UTCIf you are going for the more gritty, gladiator look I would say without the lights. But both look good, so I guess it doesn't change that much for player/user experience.
