Mitch its really tall, so it might be difficult but the bigger they are the harder they fall right? So there's that. Frank is pretty dense... but also really insecure about his hair, he so if you grab him by the head, he might give up immediately. Finally there's Mike, he seems like the best option, but don't be fooled, he can be tricky. The guy is a sadist, so if you give him a hard enough punch dude will moan just enough to make everyone in the room uncomfortable. These are you options... you have 24 hours.
