State of the Patreon Update - In Need of Serious Feedback

Hey guys, sorry for the wall of text, but this is something that I need to talk to you about and get some serious advice. There will be another request drawing up later tonight.

The Patreon been going great, but right now I'm starting to fear that parts of it have become too much to handle. Specifically the request drawings.

At the start when I was reworking my Patreon I let a lot of hangups from my last attempt at Patreon cause me to make rash decisions to force it to expand faster (quick version: I had a superhero webcomic on my "public" persona that crashed and burned because I hired other artists to work on the art and said Patreon could never get the money it needed to sustain paying the artists, along with other problems) so I panicked thinking about ways to get more Patrons and went with the request drawings thinking the limits (black and white, only 2 characters) would let me keep up with everything else. But now, it's feeling overwhelming to keep up with it, the raffles, and the character poll drawings.

A lot of this has to do with the fact I'm busting my ass in a "you leave when the work's done" type of culinary job in honestly the busiest hotel in my city that's constantly understaffed, but garuntees I at least break even with my rent and everything. There's a good chance that once I move back home this Summer and get a different job things will look a lot better, but it's hard to say.

That's not even including the fact that truthfully, I want to reactivate my long dormant "public" artist account and start making more "normal" and "vanilla pinup" art. I know I can't keep drawing this fetishy stuff forever and I lack the courage to just have an account full of normal art and fetish art.

so I'm at a loss as to what to do. Of all the things to cut from the Patreon the request drawings seem like the most logical thing but...I know the Patreon will suffer if I did since that's where a big chunk of it's support comes from and I have no idea what to do to replace it.

I've been mulling ideas of what to do to replace the $10 slot if I did, all of my ideas have felt like downgrades compared to the request drawings. 

A trusted friend has suggested to keep it as is, but downgrade it to just a 1 character limit, which feels like the most logical idea though I know it will bother a few people, but even then I feel like that will still not be enough. 

If I didn't have a full time plus job IRL and could do this full time while breaking even on my rent and bills then I could justify keeping this request format, but the Patreon just doesn't make enough for me to do that, and if I need to rely on making more request drawing slots for it to expand, then ultimately this Patreon will never work without breaking me. 

My other option is to just end the request drawings one month (after I've done all current request drawings asked of me) and retool it down to making the $10 tier the raffle prize tier, and then just accepting the financial plummet the Patreon will take at the time. Another reason is that I want to branch out to some new projects once I get moved home that offer more options to my $5 Patrons: 

Specifically I want to make pervy/pornographic light novel type E-Books, and have my $5 Patrons and higher vote on decisions for it like - the characters' designs, what path the story takes with them, what situations happen to them, ect. So basically it would be "pervy choose your own adventure" on the Patreon and then it would be posted for sale in it's finished format. 

So those are my ideas at the moment. Any and ALL ideas and opinions on what I've said would be greatly appreciated. I'm not going to remove the request drawing reward immediately, as I WANT to get your opinions on it first and do my best to accommodate everyone here as much as possible over it.

TL;DR Version:

The Request Drawings are becoming too much to handle per month with every other aspect of the Patreon due to my Full Time Plus IRL Job, and I cannot sustain the Patreon if the Request Drawings are the only viable option for it to expand.

My options right now are:

1. Scale down the Request Drawings to just 1 character limit.

2. Remove it and the $12 Tier and turn the $10 into the 3 character raffle prize and accept the plummet in Patreon funding.

I also want to expand to new projects to make the $5 Tier more appealing. Specifically I want to make pervy/pornographic light novel E-Books that the Patrons can vote on aspects of it (the characters' designs, what paths the characters take in the story, ect) basically Patrons would be helping me write the stories and decide what's drawn in a "choose your own adventure" style format before it's posted for sale online.

Any and all opinions and ideas would be appreciated.
