Updated Request List + How Request Drawing Voting Will Be Handled

And got a few extra request drawings joining the list, and (looking at the sheer number of drawings) to avoid a cluster fuck of a vote, I'll be breaking them up into two polls, with the top 2 voted being fully colored. :) So once I get this last one done, I'll host the first poll to decide which ones I color, then do another one once the other half are done. ^^
