Update to Raffle Rules and Charge Up Front Active

If you win the monthly raffle, you are NOT removed from the next month's raffle. Obviously its not fair to ask you to pay $15 a month for a month you can't get anything because you won last month. So to keep this fair to everyone willing to pledge $15 a month to me this the rule:
If, during the raffle drawing, a Patron who won the previous month is chosen, they will get a smaller 1-2 character Commission, and I will re-do the raffle without that person to choose the winner of the 1-5 Character Commission. Hopefully that sounds fair to everyone. :)
Also, Charge Up Front was finally unlocked on my account. This system pretty much means that any new Patreon pledges will be charged the second they pledge to me. This pretty much means those people who have been "sampling" my Patreon will either be in for an unfortunate charge on their bill or will knock off the leeching. (Looking at you, guy who keeps making multiple accounts with the words f*** you, and the N-word knowing their account will be banned for those words before you're charged...Thanks for the $5 asshole. ;))
As for all of you current LOYAL Patrons, nothing to worry about, after the first charge you're just charged every first of the month as usual, and everyone who's a current Patron ATM have nothing to worry about, but if you decide to cancel for whatever reason and come back at a later date (no judging, we all got our financial needs), just be aware you will be charged the day you re-pledge. ^^
