I hope you find this message well. It has been some time, but I have needed to recalibrate due to the sheer ridiculousness of the world. Here is a 25 minute talk which I think will be very helping you at the very least find some sense of stability. I also included a lesson plan which might help orient you to your own life and struggle. Additionally, a values clarification worksheet that I made.

Thank you! I have been so worried about you and where you disappeared to. But I full understand needing a break after the current state or the world and mindset of people nowadays. The Church and your page before it are a big part of the reason I still draw breath. My last few years have been extremely dark and finally after 50 years of feeling alone, you and your page & Patreon and community have given me a sense of family letting me know Iβm not alone just because Iβm after all. That there IS a place for me. I just never found it before now. Thank you. π₯°
