The LGBTQ+ symbolism is something the series is known for, so it’s going to be interesting watching you react to these movies. Side Note: the German mutant is named Nightcrawler, and his power is that he can teleport through a Hell dimension. This is heavily explored in one of the cartoons, when they were extending the amount of time he was spending in that dimension.

I remember that every name on the computers that Mystique was looking at was a character from the comics. These movies were good with details like that. And obviously, the opening scene rocks!

2022-05-21 20:34:08 +0000 UTCBryan Singer's original plan in mind for X-Men 3 was to have Jean Grey's return as the Dark Phoenix (obviously), the Hellfire Club, Keanu Reeves as Gambit and Sigourney Weaver as an older Emma Frost. Unfortunately, this all fell through when Singer left to do Superman Returns.
