This movie was one of my all-time favourites to watch while growing up. As a kid, i obviously didn't know what was happening, but now that I watch it as an adult, wow. Just, wow. The meanings and motives behind some of the actions have a lot more weight now that I've been around the block a few times... Great movie, and one of Disney's most criminally underrated gems.

2021-05-10 19:03:56 +0000 UTCThe scariest thing about Judge Frollo is that he's realistic. He has no magic powers or other supernatural abilities. There were people in the past/present who can also resemble that kind of evil. It helps me sleep at night to know there are people like Quasimodo, Esmeralda and Phoebus though. I aspire to be like them too, especially Esmeralda. The real MVP!
