There is nothing more beautiful and mysterious than the world hidden under water.
So meet the majestic Supreme Sea Witch, who has a special connection with the water theme. The ocean, the sea, the raging storm, the peaceful calm, the endless sandy beaches are the source of her strength.
I was inspired by catshark (color and markings) and octopus theme for this character design. I chose starfish, corals, pearls, shells for the details of her costume. A unique octopus tentacle necklace flows into the corset of her dress. Sleeves and hips parts of the dress are made of fishing net (there is also a reference without a net).
