Winston and I are filming the "Quest for the Best Chinese in the USA", and got to meet a fantastic character named Wing Lam.

The CEO of Wahoos Fish taco empire, and super influential Chinese American, he was an awesome person to chat with. His father was one of the original inventors of Chinese American cuisine, and we were lucky enough to try out his awesome food, and hear his amazing stories.
Really looking forward to hearing your guys opinions about the show when it is released.

never, since he never really spent any time in China, so he doesn't really identify or speak Chinese. When you speak to a Chinese person, you can usually get a feeling for their language level pretty quickly.
