Early Access - Do You Need to Tip in China?

Hey Laowinners!

Everyone asks us if tipping is required in China. The short answer is, NO!

Don't even try to tip if you decide to visit China, as it will be seen as a loss of face for the person you are trying to tip.

There are a lot of cultural reasons as to why tipping is not ok in China, and we head to a mall, pick up my new suit, and go to a food court to talk about this topic in depth.

That is something that I prefer about American restaurants

Yeah, actually that annoyed me a lot in America. I will be honest, I like eating out in China more!

Oh that is a good idea to bring the everyone food in the same time in American. That really good.

Interesting. Waiters come to you again and again during the dinner. Are they make sure your "satisfaction" and pay the full tip? I can see the worry in their eyes. What I was feel. Maybe I'm wrong. BUT I have to say, The service is better in American. In the same time Chinese is more efficient when you ordered something and you don't need the tip.
