I am not the most animal loving person in the world. However, I do think that people should not ever be in a position to hurt or torture animals unnecessarily. A huge criticism of China is the way it treats it's animals, and although it is getting better, there is still a long way to go.
Pets, among the newly monied, are pampered to the point of dressing their dogs in lingerie.
