hi my loves!! this is one (or maybe my first) class back after recovering from my hamstring injury! I came back pretty strong! I started twerking in the splits differently here versus in 2016 because I learned I can GLIDE across the floor while twerking in the splits!! if that's not skill, I don't know what is! lol. I also started incorporating hand positions while twerking laying on the floor. you can do moves like holding your head up or fake-banging on the floor while you twerk on the floor to emphasize the movement happening with your booty! so it's definitely easier holding my head up while doing this move, and that's exactly what I did!
