hi my loves! this is part 2 of the circuit exercise in the twerk class from this day! this move is called the "double double." where you twerk in a standard position but you move your knees inward and outward to create a different kind of twerk effect and waves of the booty shaking from behind. again, this process is a way to perfect the move before I used it in a freestyle!
