Winston and I are driving around Shenzhen talking about Asians that are born abroad, but come to China for work.
There are is a lot of praise and a lot of judgement of Chinese that are born abroad, because their identity, according to Chinese people is that they are still Chinese. There is a real strange situation with how asians who identify as westerners are perceived here.
