I honestly forgot how hard I used to work to build the skill I have now. this video is a really good representation of it. and I probably filmed this towards the end of my practice session because you can see and hear I'm sweaty, tired, and moaning/grunting lol. πππβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ people don't realize the strength, skill, and endurance twerking takes. it's a lot of work. but once you got it, you got it! let me know what you think in the comment section and please like this if you like itπ€π₯°β€οΈ xoxo hehe
