If China's per person GDP is 20% of the average American, why do I see so many super cars here? Why does downtown Shenzhen look richer than downtown LA? Is it? Not at all, but the ultra rich second generation can make it look that way. Chinese culture puts kids first, and that is easily seen in China's "Fuerdai" scene.
