Idea Exchange

We (SerpentZA and I), had the honor of being the main speakers at a Guangzhou Idea Exchange.

We promoted our YouTube channels, as well as our upcoming TV show, Conquering Southern China.

It was awesome.

I was surprised at the open mindedness of the whole event, as well as the questions that we received.

There was however, one question that shook me to the core.

"Are you going to stay in China forever?"

I didn't know how to answer.

I have been here 7 years now, and I feel that China is now a part of my identity.

The funny thing is that most foreigners find themselves neck deep in paperwork when trying to get their Chinese girlfriends or wives out of China and back to their respective countries. But my case is the complete opposite.

Vivi has had job offers in America for awhile now, and she has expressed interest in leaving for a long time.

The only reason we are still here is because of me.

There are pros and cons galore to living here, but I simply cannot answer that question clearly

Video coming soon.

Yeah, we are working on that soon. I am dealing with passport stuff at the moment. Thanks for the tips!

Also if I remember right. Since you have lived in china for more than two years after you get your approval letter from USCIC the actual green card can be handled through the embassy. Going through the National Visa Center in the states is painfully slow.

I hope you have registered her birth with the embassy.
