Few words...
When you watch bands live version of the song, you will notice that they don´t use capo. I´m quite sure that the studio version is played with capo...there is this certain feel that open string chords sounds.
If you want to play without capo check out OVERDRIVEN GUITAR transcription. You can use those chord forms.
One thing which i recommend to pay attention is the groove. There is shuffle rhythm going on but it´s not so easy to hear because the song is kind of up tempo. So no straight eights, and you will sound much better.
