Holding (only) Them to Account

[Very Early Access]

Hello Patrons,

Here with one last strangely scheduled post for you. With Jordan back from Melbourne and the craziness of the last week out of the way we should be getting back to a normal upload schedule both here and on Youtube.

This video is about the media landscape in QLD, the most Murdoch saturated part of the country, and how they treat the Labor party.

We hope you enjoyed the announcements over the last week and the big video last Saturday on Coronation, seriously check it out if you missed it.

Much, much more to come so stay tuned. In fact we're dropping another short video on Youtube right now.

The FJ Crew.

I do however have faith in the current government and although it’s probably impossible for any party to be 100% corruption free, I’m willing to bet Albanese realises why the people voted Labor.

I’m not saying Labor is full of saints btw, I personally knew a corrupt Labor politician who (lol literally) baby sat me for years, as his son and I were best mates, growing up - he was a businessman in business with my father, a fraudster, prior to politics (I don’t talk to and haven’t spoken to either in over 3-4 years) - was a councillor until recently - srs, lol so I’m not disagreeing with that bit, but the amount of corruption that went on and I was personally exposed to during and by the Lib Gov = nek level (I also know and knew people growing up who are ‘apparently members of the Liberal Party’ and they’re nek level (corrupt, horrible people). Not saying I have all the answers but thought I’d share my 2 cents

Maybe it’s because the corruption by Liberal Party politicians occurs when Liberals are in power and don’t hold their own to account?

I think Jordan is doing some great stuff. Just not this. It's called being impartial. Name one Liberal Party politician who has been convicted of corruption.

what a strange thing to post, here of all places; cherry picking and false equivalencies abound. and you paid money to post this drivel?

Haha. Straight out of Marx's "How to overthrow the govt for dummies". Chapter 1: Use propaganda to convince the masses that the capitalist govt is corrupt so that they rise up in glorious socialist revolution. It's the same thing every election - even though no Liberal Party politician has ever been convicted of corruption. There are however MANY Labor politicians who have been convicted of corruption and are still in jail today. The Fitzgerald Inquiry was an inquiry into QLD police corruption which led to a number of National Party politicians sentenced to twelve months prison for falsifying their expense accounts. They were suspected of accepting bribes, but nothing was proven. Also, it was 35 years ago and it was the National Party who governed in their own right. It was not the Liberal Party - or even a Liberal/National coalition. Gladys has not been charged - let alone convicted of any form or corruption. If anything she is guilty of pork barrelling which is something every govt does. On the other hand, you have real corruption in the Labor Party where politicians personally stood to gain millions of dollars. You claim that the press is pro-Liberal and anti-Labor? Well, we heard a lot about Gladys, but how much have we heard about Ernest Wong? Never heard of him? He was a NSW Labor Party politician found to have "engaged in serious corrupt conduct" and "attempting to procure a witness to give false testimony" by the NSW ICAC in Feburary this year. I guess, corrupt Labor politicians are so common, they're just not newsworthy any more. Just one more name to add to the list that includes the likes of Eddie Obeid, Joe Tripodi, Ian Macdonald, Sam Dastyari, Craig Thompson, Rex Jackson, Graham Burkett and more. Oh and let's not forget NSW Labor's Phuong Ngo found guilty of Australia's only political assassination when he arranged a hit on political rival John Newman. From The Canberra Times, September 5 2019: "The Australian Labor Party has a huge problem with its state branch in NSW, which is being publicly revealed as corrupt by the NSW Independent Commission against Corruption. The federal Opposition Leader, Anthony Albanese, has heard enough already to describe the NSW party's situation as diabolical and requiring comprehensive structural reform. Former federal deputy leader Tanya Plibersek has called for cultural change."

Should definitely get hip to what Fairfax are trying to do to Daniel Andrews in Victoria. All while they ignore the Victorian Liberals are taking illegal anonymous donations.

I remember the Fitzgerald Inquiry as a kid.Rodney Rude sings a good song about that from his Not Guilty album.

Great to have some QLD coverage. You could have an entire year’s worth of media ragging content just by spending a month up here

Sadly Qld has only murdoch media. Jarrod: putrid cry baby. Newman & him stuffed up much in their one term.
