Also, maybe a look at Greens as tree Tories through the view of the seat of Willoughby in the NSW state election. If they were really interested in holding Liberals to account they would have preferences other people on how to vote cards. Instead they said to vote only for them and an independent missed out on toppling the Liberals from Berejiklian’s own seat. The greens seem to think that they’re the only ones who can possibly take action on the environment and if they can’t, no one else can.

Some of the things include getting rid of Jackie Trad with the LNP (which can be good for getting rural Labor votes as they DESPISE the Greens), them destroying Labor’s image with the carbon tax which caused Labor’s primary vote to collapse to 33%, constantly taking credit for Labor’s policies and achieviments (amending the Religpus discrimination bill is a good example), leech votes off Labor by trying to one up them on policy, and kicked out actually good Greens MPs like Jeremy Buckingham. Hey mate, Perhaps take a look the dereliction of duty of Safe Work NSW who take no action or very little and completely inadequate action when serious injury and / or workplace fatalities occur. The changes to the compo laws via the 2012 amendment to the WCA 1987 (making it more commercially aggressive in favour of employers) were supposedly offset by “strengthening” the WHS laws accordingly by reversal of onus of proof but the problem is that in virtually all cases (especially with bullying harassment and victimisation causing workplace psychological injury) the workplace safety regulator in NSW - Safe Work NSW - does absolutely nothing. This includes workplace fatalities which aren’t prosecuted by Safe Work NSW despite the WHS Act 2011 classifying workplace incidents into Category 1, 2 or 3 offences. So many times, things which are Cat1/2 are left well alone by Safe Work NSW. The sheer commercial aggressiveness of compo laws effectively ghost written by unelected “weezers in corner offices” (props friendlyjordies) have compromised the ability of the workplace safety regulator under THE LIBERAL GOVERNMENT to carry out its role as such, rendering it derelict-of-duty under its statutory requirements. And it all ties in with iCare and scheme agents such as EML and QBE gaming the entire thing to enable the deplorable Return to Work rates which came to light during the iCare scandal back when Dom was Treasurer. It’s a triple penetration for the poor old worker - by NSW Government, the insurer, and Safe Work NSW. Did you know that the insurer regulator and the workplace safety regulator come under the same regulatory framework?

For example in 2021 the federal government handed Ampol and one other company $2.3billion over multiple years, to save roughly 2000 jobs (so they say, and extra to be paid out "if their profits fall below certain margins"). Compare that to the floods, which apparently only got $50 million from the emergency response fund, of the $4.8 billion that's allocated, and it's earning more in interest than it's spending. Senator McKenzie said "the emergency response fund was set up as a future fund to be used when all other sources of funding have been exhausted." I'm curious if fucking Ampol exhausted all other sources of funding before they got my fucking money? Or compare $2.3b to how much a water bomber fleet for the fires would have cost.
