Hello Patrons!
An events company based in Wollongong wasn't too happy with hosting Jordan. As to be expected, Jordan took this very well and did not overreact.
Time for a deep dive into what happened and a look at what cancel culture can do to artists.
We usually try to get a political video for you early on Fridays but this one is a little different. The other two videos we put out this week were more political than usual and this one is a biggie, we think you're going to enjoy it!

I find YaO abhorrent. Having many mates in the music industry I see just how damaging they are to the local scene. Not that long ago, I would be in the Gong every 3rd week or so to see gigs. Most tours covered Syd/Newie/Gong. These days, seasoned professionals won't touch it with a 10 ft pole and that speaks enough for me. Sadly, regional areas are so susceptible to this and by frith it makes my blood boil.

I first heard about it in a course on the Political Philosophy of Deception, in which Tony Abbott was a guest speaker.

As a performing artist, I can fully confirm everything FJ is saying here, except one point. "I've actually worked with good agents/managers."
